Company Rent to Rent -
Our services are for any Landlord who may be struggling with certain Properties ranging from struggling for tenants or that wish to continue as Landlord but do not want the hassle, our Company offers taking on your Property and agreeing a set monthly rent with yourself that both Parties are happy with.
My Company will take on responsibility for finding your Tenants and responsibility for your Property.
Essentially during this Agreement your Property will be under the Control of my Ltd Company but you still get Rent.
Purchase Option Agreement-
We offer to take on any Property under a Purchase Option Agreement that could be either a Property that wants lots of work for example full Refurbishment ( Unwanted Property).
How this process works is my Company and yourself enter into a Legal Agreement which can run anywhere from 1 to 10 years by agreeing a market price at the start of this process. This market price will be paid to you at any point of the agreement and under the agreement, my company owns the property and can start any works needed for future rentals.
BTL ( Buy to Let)-
My Company will Agree Market price where applicable and lease option where necessary to purchase the property from yourself.
We deal direct with and work with various estate agents.
BTS ( Buy to Sell) Land Investing-
We offer to take on and purchase where agreements can be made, For example wasteland or field, any piece of land considered. No planning required.
